Our Courses
Our courses are aimed at improving leadership skills and capabilities and offer pragmatic learning experiences for leaders based on empirical research and on a broad theoretical knowledge base. They are delivered by a committed team of academics, researchers and practitioners, with a wide experience in various leadership roles. Courses include:
Open-to-learning™ Leadership
Open-to-learning™ leadership develops your leadership by learning how to tackle and progress tough issues whilst building trustful relationships. The workshops are delivered face-to-face over one or two days, with a maximum of 30 participants.
Growing Great Leaders™ Level 1
The course offers research-based professional development for leadership teams. It provides an opportunity to learn key leadership skills and related research, in the context of your current leadership challenges.
Growing Great Leaders™ Level 2
This course offers research-based professional development with direct relevance to participants’ own leadership and school/community development. Growing Great Leaders™ level 2 uses real-life problems from schools or communities of schools, and guides participants through the process of improvement while developing competence and skills in particular aspects of the improvement puzzle.
Planning for Improvement
The Planning for Improvement course is aimed at leadership teams to strategically think, plan and develop their 2020 annual plan. Using your own school data, the course allows time for groups to work on a first draft ‘skeleton’ of the following years’ annual plan.
